The Rogers Mill & Carriage Gate pool is literally and figuratively cool. A full-size swimming pool - three feet deep on the shallow end and a delightful nine feet at its deepest. Tucked away within the neighborhood and located near trees that provide shade in the evening, our community pool is far from the road and offers peace and quiet while you enjoy the water and the sun. A paid membership is required for access to the pool.

Pool Pavilion Rentals
Our swimming center also includes a covered pavilion with picnic tables, party lights, and charcoal grills available to prepare meals for yourself, your family, or your neighbors.

Tennis & Pickleball
The site of several ALTA Division Winner & City Finalist victories, our two courts are located right next to the swimming pool. In our efforts to keep our courts in good condition, we will be having them resurfaced in the Spring of 2026. The LED lights we had installed in 2024 provide plenty of light to play even after sunset. One court also features lines for Pickleball and there are two Pickleball nets that can easily be rolled into position for those who prefer this sport.
We’ve also installed a rebounder which members can use for solo practice.

Playground Information
Our neighborhood playground is ideal for ages 2-5, though older kids can have fun there as well. There are benches for the adults to enjoy, and plenty of shade if you visit during the early morning or late afternoon.
