Pavilion Rental Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in reserving our Pool Pavilion! Please review the following rental guidelines to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable event:

Rental Details:

• Availability:

  • Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Rental Duration & Pricing:

  • Minimum reservation is 3 hours.

  • $90 for the first 3 hours, then $30 for each additional hour.

  • All time must be scheduled consecutively and must include any setup and cleanup time.

  • We highly recommend reserving at least 4 hours to allow adequate time for party setup and takedown.

  • Important: A $200 security deposit check payable to Carriage Gate Recreation Association is required for all pavilion rentals and must be received at least 7 days before the event. Reservations may be canceled if the deposit is not received by the deadline.

What's Included:

• Exclusive use of the 4 picnic tables closest to the grills

• Use of the charcoal grill furthest to the right

• Accommodations for up to 20 attendees.

• Access to the pool during normal operating hours (the pool remains open to all members and is not reserved exclusively for your party)

Changes & Cancellations:

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance.

• You may reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours in advance.

• Both of these options are available through a link in your confirmation email that you receive upon the completion of your booking. If you need to reschedule less than 7 days before your event you will need to contact board@rmcg.org to have your event rescheduled. Anytime before then you can do it yourself through the link provided.
