Pavilion Rental Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in reserving our Pool Pavilion! Please review the following rental guidelines to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable event:

Rental Details:

• Availability:

  • Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

  • Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Rental Duration & Pricing:

  • Minimum reservation is 2 hours.

  • $60 for the first 2 hours, then $30 for each additional hour.

  • All time must be scheduled consecutively and must include any setup and cleanup time.

  • We highly recommend reserving at least 3 hours to allow adequate time for party setup and takedown.

What’s Included:

• Exclusive use of the Pavilion

• 6 large tables – plenty of space for food, guests, and fun

• Access to 2 of the 3 charcoal grills

Changes & Cancellations:

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance.

• You may reschedule your reservation up to 48 hours in advance.

• Both of these options are available through a link in your confirmation email that you receive upon the completion of your booking. If you need to reschedule less than 7 days before your event you will need to contact board@rmcg.org to have your event rescheduled. Anytime before then you can do it yourself through the link provided.

Additionally, there are the following blackout dates so our members may enjoy the facilities during the holidays: Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July (and the Fifth in 2025), and Labor Day Weekend
