Schoolhouse Air B&B Raffle

The RMCG Recreation Association is thrilled to be able to sponsor an amazing raffle for a $300 gift certificate to the exquisitely appointed, quaint Schoolhouse Cottage in Dahlonega, Georgia, as part of our Oktoberfest event on Saturday, October 16th 2-6 pm at the Pool Pavilion.

Raffle Details

Raffle tickets are only $10 each and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to complete the landscaping upgrades already underway in the recreational area of the Swim and Tennis facilities. We want to make sure we give a HUGE shout out and thanks to the Wheat Family for their generous contribution to this revitalization.

There are lots of ways to purchase! You can contact HOA member, Mary Campbell at mary@bcent.net or 404-906-0291 to purchase directly through her or another board member. You can also send your purchase through CashApp ( $mbcampbell06 ) or Venmo ( @Mary-Campbell-33 - if you send via Venmo, be sure to send your details privately) and Mary will deliver your tickets directly to your home!

VERY IMPORTANT: Be sure to either include your Name, Street Address, Phone, and Email, or send Mary an email directly with all this info plus your CashApp or Venmo handle so she can ensure prompt delivery of your tickets.

The winner of this raffle will be awarded a $300 certificate to be used on a stay of two nights or more for up to four people at the Schoolhouse Cottage in Dahlonega, Georgia, as well as a wine themed gift basket for celebrating your visit to North Georgia's wine country. The fine print:

All dates are open for booking other than those that are already reserved by other guests. Dogs stay for free with the expectation that their owners clean up after them. Certificate may only be used to cover full priced nightly charges. A cleaner’s wage payment of $120 and taxes will still apply.
