Home Owner’s Association (Groundskeeping)

Rogers Mill & Carriage Gate’s idea of a Home Owner’s Association is not to control your home or what decisions you make about your house. All we and the city of Duluth ask is that you keep your home looking presentable and use sense when deciding how to decorate your yard or the exterior of your house. Basically, just don’t let things get out of control. If there is a problem (like excessive trash or foliage), we will always first try working directly with you to resolve it.

Our voluntary HOA fee is currently only $5 per month, and operates on a subscription which may be set up here. A small HOA fee means every dollar counts, so $5 a month can go a long way in making our neighborhood a nicer place to live.
